Russian Imperial Stout with coffee.
The Becharas bros hail from Detroit where their family has roasted coffee for more than a century. This year they’ve selected a strictly high grown bean from Finca El Camalote, in the Santa Rosa region of Honduras. With a full city roast and a coarse grind, this gives it a very mild taste profile with low acidity and chocolatey undertones. Cold steeped and blended with 9 month aged bourbon barrel Imperial Stout.
